- I will get fat and others will not like me.
- Not eating is good.
- If I eat, it is a disaster.
- All I need to do first is set up the meal on the table.
- I take three abdominal breaths to relax.
- I see the food and say, this is fuel my body needs. I eat it all.
- It was measured so It is OK
- If I don’t eat, I will starve, loose my relationship and my life here.
- When the insane thinking kicks in, use my IQ and think rationally (i.e. if it was someone else, I would tell them to eat.)
