Unhealthy Thoughts

  • I will get fat and others will not like me.
  • Not eating is good.
  • If I eat, it is a disaster.

Sane Thinking

  • All I need to do first is set up the meal on the table.
  • I take three abdominal breaths to relax.
  • I see the food and say, this is fuel my body needs. I eat it all.
  • It was measured so It is OK
  • If I don’t eat, I will starve, loose my relationship and my life here.
